§ 01 General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and bdgams (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the bdgams website located at https://bdgams.app or any associated services, applications, or promotional materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the bdgams platform. Continued use of the platform following any updates or amendments to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised agreement. bdgams reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Governing Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative reference. Any informal translations provided for player convenience carry no legal weight.
These Terms apply to all aspects of the bdgams platform, including but not limited to: account registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play (slots, live casino, crash games, sports betting), customer support interactions, and any promotions or tournaments organised by bdgams. Separate supplemental terms may apply to specific promotions or features; in the event of conflict between supplemental terms and these general Terms, the supplemental terms take precedence for the relevant promotion or feature only.
bdgams is an online entertainment platform offering casino games and sports betting services to adults aged 18 and above. bdgams does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction beyond the scope of these Terms. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using bdgams is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers.
§ 02 Eligibility & Age Verification
To register and use bdgams, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Access to bdgams is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18.
- You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person, organisation, or entity when registering or wagering.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of a bdgams employee where such access would constitute a conflict of interest.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with bdgams that remains active at the time of registration or attempted login.
- You must not have had a previously registered bdgams account that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to violations of these Terms.
Age Verification Process
bdgams employs a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Upon registration, and at any subsequent point deemed necessary by bdgams, you may be required to provide official government-issued documentation to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority.
Until age and identity verification is successfully completed, bdgams reserves the right to restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation. Where a player is found to have provided false information during registration or verification, their account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Geographic Eligibility
bdgams primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for determining the legality of their use of bdgams under the laws applicable to their specific location at the time of access.
§ 03 Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of bdgams services — including deposits, game play, sports betting, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bdgams. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances arising from bonus abuse.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on official identification), date of birth, valid email address, mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi MFS account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay), and a secure password of your choosing. You must not use fictitious names, names belonging to another person, or any misleading identifying information.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdgams account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bdgams will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any wager placed, deposit made, or action taken using your account credentials is considered authorised by you and is binding.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
- Log out of your bdgams account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- Notify bdgams support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Do not allow any other person — including family members — to access or use your bdgams account.
Important: bdgams will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, or from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
Account Accuracy & Updates
You are required to keep all account information accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number, email address, or payment details change, you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or suspension of account services pending verification.
§ 04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on bdgams — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdgams does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Supported payment methods are limited to Bangladesh's leading mobile financial service (MFS) providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Deposits
Deposits are credited to your bdgams BDT balance in real time following successful completion of the MFS transaction from your registered mobile wallet. The standard minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bdgams does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their current fee schedule.
Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet that is registered in your own name and matches the identity details on your bdgams account. bdgams reserves the right to reject deposits originating from third-party wallets or unverified sources. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, the funds will be returned (less any MFS transfer fees) and your account may be subject to review.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your bdgams account dashboard at any time. The standard minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same MFS account used for your most recent verified deposit, as a fraud-prevention measure. Processing times for withdrawals are typically within 1–24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business operations, though peak periods may experience extended processing times.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the KYC identity verification process. bdgams reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts. Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of verification requirements.
Withdrawal Conditions: Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements applicable to specific bonuses are detailed in the individual bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount being removed prior to processing.
Refused & Reversed Transactions
bdgams reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In the event of a refused transaction, bdgams will communicate the reason to the player where permitted to do so under applicable regulations. § 05 Bonuses & Promotions
bdgams offers a variety of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry periods will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms at the time of the offer.
- bdgams reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting commitments already made to players currently participating in a live promotion.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player (one per household, one per IP address, one per device, one per payment method) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
- Bonus funds are used after real-money balance is exhausted, unless stated otherwise. Any winnings generated from bonus funds in excess of the applicable maximum win cap stated in the bonus terms will be removed before processing a withdrawal.
- Collusion, use of automated software ("bots"), or any other exploitative strategy to artificially meet wagering requirements is prohibited and will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
Bonus Abuse & Fraud
bdgams employs automated and manual systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-house-edge games to complete wagering requirements, organised groups of players ("bonus hunting rings"), and use of VPNs to circumvent geographic or device restrictions. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdgams reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, restrict account features, or permanently close the account.
Responsible Bonus Use: Bonuses are intended to enhance your gaming entertainment. They are not a guaranteed income source. § 06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using bdgams, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdgams platform:
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the bdgams platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform or any game. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error are void and will be removed. Discovered bugs must be reported to bdgams support immediately.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino, poker, or sports betting markets.
- Abusing bdgams staff, support agents, or other players. bdgams has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, threats, abusive language, or discriminatory conduct directed at any person.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or extract any software, code, or intellectual property from the bdgams platform.
- Using a VPN, proxy server, or any anonymising tool to circumvent geographic restrictions, account bans, or IP-based limits imposed by bdgams.
- Accessing the bdgams platform for any commercial purpose, including promoting competing gambling products or services.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Any violation of the above prohibited conduct rules may result in one or more of the following actions at bdgams's sole discretion: temporary suspension of your account pending investigation, permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balance including real-money funds where those funds arose from fraudulent activity, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and/or referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities in Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
§ 07 Account Suspension & Closure
Either party — the player or bdgams — may initiate the closure of a bdgams account at any time, subject to the conditions described below.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your bdgams account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered MFS wallet within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
If you are requesting account closure due to concerns about problem gambling, you may also request a self-exclusion instead of a standard account closure. Self-exclusion prevents re-registration for a defined or indefinite period and includes additional protections not available through standard closure. bdgams-Initiated Suspension or Closure
bdgams reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or verification.
- Operation of multiple accounts.
- Detection of bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
- Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct directed at bdgams staff or other users.
- Reasonable suspicion that an account is being operated by a person under the age of 18.
- Failure to comply with a lawful request from bdgams support or compliance team.
Note on Closure and Balances: In cases where an account is closed by bdgams due to a verified Terms violation (such as fraud or bonus abuse), bdgams reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance to offset losses, administrative costs, or damages arising from the violation. The specific amount withheld will be communicated to the player in writing via their registered email address.
§ 08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdgams, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bdgams platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds wagered, loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, technical errors, or security breaches resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
bdgams does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. From time to time, access to the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond bdgams's reasonable control including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government-mandated restrictions. bdgams will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance.
Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a round or bet, bdgams reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. A game malfunction voids all pays and plays relating to the affected round. bdgams shall not be liable for any additional losses, including notional winnings that would have been obtained but for the malfunction.
Third-Party Services
bdgams integrates third-party services including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and technical infrastructure providers. bdgams is not liable for downtime, errors, or failures originating within third-party systems. Where a third-party payment delay or failure causes a player's funds to be held or delayed, bdgams will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the situation but cannot be held responsible for the third party's performance.
Contact & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the bdgams platform — including a game outcome, transaction, bonus calculation, or account action — you should first contact our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. bdgams aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online services operating in Bangladesh. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the purposes of any dispute that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the bdgams Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdgams with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
